Whaler Painting Project

2024-2025 Updates

The Whaler will be doing routine painting of building one's exterior throughout 2024 and 2025 beginning August 19th. The project will consist of refinishing the exterior building surfaces before painting the exterior walls, which may cause some noise during working hours and will impact the state of the lanais, some of which will be unusable M-F 8 am-5:30 pm. 

Below is the anticipated schedule for the project, however, the exact schedule is fluid and subject to change. Please also reference the anticipated dates each condo is scheduled to be impacted in the individual listings. We do our best to update these disclaimers as soon as we receive the updated schedule.
