***Whaler Tower 1 will undergo spalling repairs and painting throughout Fall 2024 - Spring 2025. Whaler 124 is currently scheduled to be affected from 10/14/24 to 1/17/25. The project will consist of refinishing the exterior building surfaces before painting the exterior walls, which may cause noise and will impact the use of lanais, with some being inaccessible Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. 4/16
