Luana 14C is an elevated second floor villa with a north-facing orientation that offers a Shady respite from West Maui’s legendary endless sun. Its designation within our "Elevated" collection at Luana Garden Villas offers a level of privacy exclusive to Luana's 2nd-floor offerings. This elevated residence offers convenient stair access to both the main front entrance as well as the rear lanai (balcony).

Just a short walk to the East, nestled in the building directly next door, Luana 15C is a part of our "Grounded" collection at the Luana Garden Villas. Enjoy effortless ground floor living with a massive lawn area just off the lanai and convenient private access from both the front entrance and rear lanai.
