Its floor-to-ceiling glass doors fold away to reveal an expansive 240 sq ft glass-railed balcony offering unobstructed ocean and lush interior courtyard views. In the winter months, the lanai serves as a superior vantage point for whale watching. Exceptional quality throughout, including travertine floors, granite countertops, and modern wood cabinetry, gives this suite its elevated feel.

Just across the hall, Konea 932 is a luxurious two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite boasting an impressive 9th-floor corner location. Together the residences can accommodate up to 14 guests with a king-size bed in each bedroom and a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in both living rooms. With advance notice, the king-size bed in either guest bedroom can even be split into two large twin beds for added convenience.
