Alchemy Maui is a kombucha bar and cafe located in West Maui. In fact, their cafe is a restaurant, kombucha bar and bakery. It was created by two twin brothers: a sourdough bread baker, and the founder of Valley Isle Kombucha.
The theme of the menu is farm-to-table, and full of awesome and healthy options for lunch, take-out, and dinner. Although their menu is not strictly vegetarian, they have a lot of plant-based menu items, plus choices that can be ordered without meat and dairy items (with substitutions).

Fork & Salad- Kihei & Kahului
Fork & Salad is a locally owned farm-to-table restaurant chain located in Kahului and in Kihei. This Maui eatery was founded in 2016 by three chef friends: Jaron Blosser, Cody Christopher, and Travis Morrin. Together, they also own Three’s Bar & Grill in Kihei.
With Fork & Salad, their goal was to create a local and sustainable restaurant that serves a variety of tasty meals utilizing Maui’s beautiful and organically grown foods. The price point is accessible to all customers, and by supporting local Maui farmers, they are indeed helping to boost the local economy. When at either Fork & Salad restaurant, guests can eat local with a build-your-own salad bar, signature salads, grains, bowls, and sandwiches.

Cafe Des Amis- Paia, North Shore
Cafe Des Amis is nestled on Baldwin Avenue in Historic Paia Town. Their core values hold true to their menu with integrity, transparency, fun, creativity, and passion at the top of their list.
One of the coolest things about Moku Roots in Lahaina (besides the food) is that their restaurant aims to be zero waste in all practices. They source all menu ingredients locally, utilize bio-degradable cups and utensils, and even package to-go items in a Ti leaf wrap. They serve an authentic Indian menu full of traditional family recipes, and fresh ingredients. Their Maui restaurant is located in Kihei, and provides spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Thai Chef Restaurant- Lahaina

They source their menu ingredients from local and mainland farms, and their flavors and spice concoctions come straight from family recipes and spices from Lebanon. Unlike other Mediterranean menus on Maui, Habibi has a special way of infusing their unique flavors in a Mediterranean fusion kind of way. The prices are reasonable, and the environment is inviting and relaxed.
